While touring a small town on a mission trip, the Woman’s Club of Madisonville member Faye Florida returned with a mission of her own; a fun citywide beautification project was the result. The Woman’s Club Conservation Committee brought the idea to the Downtown Turnaround Project and soon began turning old bicycles into art. They convinced downtown merchants to display the brightly painted bikes decorated with flower baskets and signs inviting visitors to enj
